Story Behind The Song

I wanted to produce an instrumental to pay tribute to the island of Puerto Rico, where my family and my roots are from. Although its not a folk song, the intro is a short melody that I borrowed from an amthem type of song from the island. And the rest of the tune may perhaps show some of my influences on keyboard. I also love playing percussion, therefore I play timbales on the tune aswell. On guitar I invited a special friend Mr. Galo Rivera who played an electrifying guitar solo. Hope you enjoy this one. Song Description

Basically its a blend of R&B mixed with funk and a twist of this and that. I like experimenting with music whether its latin, funk, gospel, rock, whatever... This tune can take you on a journey to wherever you want to go. The arrangement, the sounds, the sequencing, the timbale solo, the ambiance, and with special guest on guitar solo Galo Rivera, made this instrumental what it is.
